This Cancellation Policy explains how BalanceFlow subscriptions work, how to cancel, and what happens after you cancel. If you only want to submit a cancellation request, you can use our cancellation form or contact support directly.
You can cancel a BalanceFlow subscription at any time, in any of the following ways:

Cancellations are processed within one business day of receipt. Once your cancellation is confirmed:
To avoid being billed for the next shipment, please cancel at least one full business day before your next scheduled rebill date, which is shown in your order confirmation email. Cancellations submitted on or after the rebill date may not be processed in time to stop that specific shipment.
If you were charged for a shipment after submitting a cancellation request, contact [email protected] or call 1-866-632-8206. We will refund the charge in full once we confirm the cancellation request preceded the rebill.

If you want a break rather than a full cancellation, contact us and we can pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days. You won’t be billed during the pause, and your subscription resumes automatically at the end of the pause unless you tell us otherwise.
